Making A Difference

Bro. Marcus G. Merritt,
Chapter President

Welcome

First of All, Servants of All, We Shall Transcend All

The foundation of my Alpha understanding comes from the mission of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.  Service is the cornerstone of my purpose in Alpha. I believe that by having Delta Epsilon Lambda be “Vested in the Community,” there is no way we can lose as a chapter, because we are doing what we are supposed to be doing.
Being “Vested in the Community” charges us to serve. Our programs will grow as will our impact on the communities that we support. My primary goal is to empower the Delta Epsilon Lambda Brotherhood to execute selflessly and meet the needs of the citizens. We will forever take forward steps, adapt to our environment and serve. We are Alphamen! We are Delta Epsilon Lambda!
We will find new and improved ways to provide service and advocacy to the community for which we serve. We have been developing leaders since 1947 and I do not see any changes to that any time soon. Simply put, “Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. develops leaders, promotes academic excellence, while providing service and advocacy to our communities.” This is what we committed to doing!

Onward and Upward,

We are Vested in the Community

Champion City Alphas
